Our organizations' owner has over 25 years’ experience training and educating in individuals and group settings for schools, universities, non-profit organizations, state organizations and community groups of all kinds.

2019 Served on the University of North Alabama Diversity & Inclusion Task Force to set up DEI 5 Year Strategic Plan for UNA. Have consulted and trained students in diversity and inclusion for the University of North Alabama Department of Counselor Education, UNA Department of Social Work, American Association of University Women. Training at University of North Alabama in Strategic Doing Professional Workplace. Collaborated in support groups with the UNA Center for Women's Studies.
