The Vafeas Scholarship

In Honor of Reagan, a $2,000 Scholarship will be awarded to eligible LGBTQIA+ Applicants.

Requirements:

Applicant must be graduating in 2023 in Alabama from a high school in Lauderdale, Colbert, or Franklin counties (city schools included).

 

Applicant must attend NWSCC or UNA in the fall of 2023.

The scholarship will total $2,000 and will be funded to the recipient with proof of enrollment in UNA or NWSCC.

 

The deadline to apply is April 15th, 2023 at 5:00 PM CST.

The recipient will be announced by May 1, 2023. You will be notified by email before the public announcement.
